The Daughters of Charity Community Services is a registered charity which is governed by a Committee of Management appointed by the Board of Directors who are the Trustees, the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul. The Committee of Management oversees primary areas of organizational governance, including mission and identity, policy and strategy development, staff appointment and development, and financial and public accountability.
The five services of the Daughters of Charity Community Services are governed by four Executive Committees of Management which are responsible for overseeing the effective operation, delivery and management of the individual services.
To support the integration of the various Boards, representative members of the Executive Committees of Management also participate as members of the Committee of Management.
