The City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee, through the Department of Education and Science, and endorsed by the North West Inner City RAPID Area Implementation Team, provides an annualised grant towards the operation of the HACE Service.  The CDVEC also provides funding support for the fees of a number of course tutors.

In addition, financial and other assistance is provided by the community education section of Dublin City Council, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (The Mick Geoghan Memorial Fund / Able Lift Ltd.), the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, the Money Advisory and Budget Services and the Daughters of Charity.
