To provide a range of appropriate services and supports that address identified needs and issues of communities experiencing poverty and social exclusion in our catchment area based on a community development approach. To advocate on behalf of residents and the communities with statutory and other agencies for improved service provision in the area.

Also, to empower and build the capacity of residents experiencing poverty and social exclusion to participate in a range of decision-making structures leading to sustainable development in their communities.

Vision

That individual, social, economic, cultural and physical benefits are realised for the residents of the catchment area who to date remain excluded from the wider benefits and prosperity that have occurred in the inner city following a decade and more of unprecedented growth.
